Andrea is an sports massage therapist and exercise physiologist. She has successfully been treating athletes for over 25 years. Ambra Welch-Quintanilla attended Western Institute of Neuromuscular Therapy (WIN) in Laguna Hills CA,earning her 1000 hours credential as a massage therapist. After graduating she joined the staff at WIN asan instructor and taught there for nine years. Ambra has a passion for enriching and sharing her knowledge of massage, health, wellness and alternative therapies. Each of her patients receives caring, individualized, integrated therapy aimed at re-balancing muscle groups, restoring mobility and improving quality of life through the reduction of pain, discomfort and stress. And she continues to educate herself in the new and upcoming modalities for sports massage
Jeff has been a sports massage therapist and a personal trainer for over 20 years. He has previously worked Master's swim events and we are fortunate to have him back for 2023.
Leila has been a licensed massage therapist since December 2017, completing 1,000 hours at Healing Hands School of Holistic Health in Laguna Hills as a Holistic Health Practitioner. Leila provides relaxation and therapeutic mobile massages in the Orange County areas of California in a range of modalities such as: Circulatory/Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, CranioSacral Therapy and Cupping. She customizes the body work sessions for her clients based on their needs, so clients can always expect a personalized experience. She has previously worked Master's swim events and continues to do so as her schedule allows.
