Family Therapy - $125
Family therapy is for any two or more individual that relate to one another in a familiar way. The could be couples, parent-child, siblings etc. Instead of addressing individuals in isolation, this approach works within the family system—where patterns are formed and maintained—to foster deep emotional healing and connection.

This kind of family therapy:

-Supports nervous system regulation by helping family members move from survival states (fight, flight, freeze) into safety and connection. Through co-regulation and mindful interactions, the family learns to soothe each other and respond calmly rather than reactively.

-Fosters attachment repair by creating emotionally safe experiences where caregivers and children can reconnect, rebuild trust, and form secure bonds. The therapist helps shift relational dynamics from disconnection to attunement, empathy, and consistent care.

-Promotes intergenerational healing by uncovering and interrupting harmful patterns passed down through generations—such as trauma, emotional neglect, or rigid roles. The family learns to rewrite their story with greater awareness, compassion, and intentionality.

Together, these benefits create a strong foundation for emotional resilience, healthier relationships, and lasting transformation across generations.
Play Therapy - $125
Play therapy uses play as a natural language for children to express emotions, build trust, and explore family relationships. When integrated with family members, it supports attachment repair by creating safe, attuned, and joyful interactions. This helps strengthen emotional bonds, improve communication, and foster secure, nurturing connections within the family.

This kind of play therapy:

-Strengthens parent-child attunement by fostering shared joy, emotional safety, and mutual understanding.

-Supports co-regulation, helping children learn to manage emotions with a trusted adult’s support.

-Rebuilds trust in relationships where it may have been damaged by trauma, stress, or misattunement.

-Empowers caregivers with insight and tools to respond more effectively to their child’s emotional cues.

-Breaks intergenerational patterns, as caregivers become more aware of their own attachment styles and shift how they relate to their children.

-Ultimately, this approach nurtures secure attachment, which is foundational for healthy emotional and relational development.

Counseling Astrology - $125
Counseling astrology in the context of family therapy provides an additional layer of insight into family dynamics, patterns, and intergenerational transmission. By considering the birth charts of family members, a therapist can identify both individual and collective patterns, helping families gain a deeper understanding of their relational dynamics and history of long-standing issues.

This kind of family therapy with astrology:

-Enhances self-awareness and acceptance by helping family members recognize how their astrological profiles shape their strengths, vulnerabilities, and potential blind spots. This insight fosters empathy and encourages more harmonious interactions, as family members can better understand each other’s needs and reactions.

- Gives parents tools to validate and attune to their children by using astrology to highlight each child’s unique emotional needs and communication style. Parents can learn how to be more responsive and supportive, aligning with their child's natural tendencies. For example, knowing a child’s sun or moon sign may help parents understand their child’s emotional responses and triggers, giving them tools to provide validation, affirmation, and emotional support in ways that resonate deeply with the child.

-Supports intergenerational transmission by uncovering how astrological aspects can reflect ancestral patterns and traits that are passed down. The birth charts of multiple generations may reveal consistent themes or challenges, helping the family understand and heal the root causes of inherited emotional or behavioral issues.

By integrating counseling astrology into family therapy, families gain a deeper, more holistic perspective on the subtle energy at play in their relationships and can work together to heal and evolve those patterns across generations.
Therapeutic Yoga / Somatic Therapy - $85
Therapeutic yoga gently supports healing by reconnecting individuals with their bodies in a safe, empowering, and attuned way. It recognizes that trauma is held not only in the mind but also in the body, and that healing often begins by restoring a felt sense of safety and agency within oneself.

This kind of therapy:

- Prioritizes safety and choice, recognizing that individuals healing from trauma need to feel in control of their experience. Therapeutic yoga offers options rather than instructions, encouraging clients to listen to their bodies and choose what feels right for them in each moment.

- Supports nervous system regulation by using breathwork, grounding postures, and slow, mindful movement to help shift out of fight, flight, or freeze states. These practices gently invite the body into a state of calm and connection, fostering a sense of internal safety.

- Encourages body awareness without overwhelm, helping clients build tolerance for physical sensations at a pace that feels manageable. This allows trauma responses to emerge and be processed gradually, without re-traumatization.

- Promotes healing through attunement and presence, both with the self and, when in a therapeutic setting, with a trusted guide. The therapist’s role is to model non-judgmental awareness and compassionate witnessing, helping clients feel seen, respected, and emotionally held.

- Offers practical, embodied tools for daily life, such as grounding techniques, breath regulation, and gentle movement, which clients can use to manage stress, anxiety, and dissociation. These tools foster resilience and support ongoing healing outside of sessions.

Trauma-informed therapeutic yoga invites clients to rebuild a relationship with their body based on curiosity, safety, and trust. It honors each person’s unique process and pace, making space for healing that is deeply respectful, empowering, and whole-body centered.
