Your Scottsdale Eye Detection test will concern questions that have been determined by our paying client. Results of the test will be sent to the client within minutes of your test. Tests may take only 15-30 minutes to take, please allow 45 minutes for intake and set up.

Please make sure that your Scottsdale Eye Detection Intake Consent Form has been filled out, prior to your appointment.

Please note that once you schedule your appointment, it is possible that you may be called to revise your time so that we can efficiently administer all tests that day and accommodate your time issues.
