Intuitive Reading (Channeled) - $250

Channeled Session: In this session we both relax and practice deep breathing exercises in efforts to rest the mind and heart. Often times there are more than one spirits wishing to come through and share messages. I recommend that you prepare a list of questions a head of time granting you more time to share in a dialogue with your loved one or your guides. This session is offered to communicate with a loved one or to communicate with your spirit guides for spiritual guidance and direction. Sometimes the downloads come fast and I recommend that you record the session for your convenience. We end with a sweet guided meditation to ease the heart and mind with love.

Pranic healing is a form of no-touch energy healing in which the energy body, or aura, is cleansed, energized and redirected to flow throughout the mind body and spirit. Prana is described in the Vedic tradition as the body’s healing energy. By allowing prana to move freely, self-healing mechanisms are activated.

An Intuitive Guidance Gathering - $75 (call for appointment)

You can coordinate a sacred gathering with your loved ones. These are intimate and can be very profound for all the participants. We begin with a guided meditation to connect with our divine mother earth and ground creating a safe place for the guides to share their messages.

We will also practice breathing exercises to relax the group and embrace our oneness.

Each individual receives a reading unless they opt not to.

A group of 6-8 (10 max) is ideal for this intention.

I provide music, a delicious organic rose tea and essential oils.

Ayurveda is effective in that it treats each individuals unique needs rather than one size fits all approach.

ENERGY THERAPY (CHAKRA SYSTEMS)

Energy Therapy refers to the chakra system or "spinning wheels" which are located within the subtle energy field of the human body. These centers are the transmitters of our "life force energy". There are many chakras within our body but seven are described as major. The chakras are aligned in a vertical column from the pelvic floor to the crown of the head and contain thousands of smaller energy points within and without them. According to Ayurveda, this complex circuitry holds within it the keys to our evolution. The chakras were first described in the Vedas in 2,000 B.C.

Our chakras are sensitive and respond to our sensory input, thoughts, behaviors, environment, and even the state of another individual’s chakras (whether balanced or imbalanced).
