New Client Intake - $175: New clients must choose “NEW CLIENT” payment option and purchase their session time to guarantee their first appointment. Payment is due in advance at the time of booking. The initial “new client” appointment is 55 minutes long, for a full voice intake.

Appointments begin and end promptly at their reserved, scheduled times. Unfortunately, we can not push back other clients if you are running late for your appointment.

Any cancellation within less than 48 hours will incur a $150 cancellation fee. All No Show appointments will result in a full charge for the session and will not be refunded, rescheduled, or rolled over.

In the case of sudden illness, or Acts of God, make up lessons will be determined on a case by case basis and possibly rescheduled at the instructors discretion within a 30 day period.
