I specialize in training improved movement function, mobility, and total body conditioning. My goal as a personal trainer and wellness coach is to design a workout program that not only fits the needs of my clients but keeps them motivated to reach their goals.
My name is Kourtlind Jimmerson, I am a YUSA Certified Wellness Coach and Youth Fitness Training Coach. I specialize in free weight training, heavy-lifting, and repetition progression. My goal is to coach youth and adults on ways to develop a plan to achieve their goals and build confidence.
