DEPOSIT
• A $15 (plus $1 non-refundable booking fee) deposit will be withheld to complete the booking PER appointment. Lúa Nail Spa is now working primarily on appointment only. Therefore, last-minute cancellations can have a great impact on our business.
• All appointments must be reserved with a card on file. The amount charged will be applied toward the services on the day of your appointment.
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING
• We require 24 HOURS notice of CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING. No exceptions. Deposits from last-minute cancellations, cancellations due to tardiness, and no call no show will be forfeited.
LATE ARRIVALS
• To ensure timely service to each of our guests, we may need to abbreviate or reschedule your reservation if you arrive more than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time.
• Please allow yourself enough time for traffic and any other obstacles you may encounter on your way to Lúa.
SERVICES
• Please understand if you did not book the correct service. You might not be able to switch services upon arrival. We will have to provide the service you have chosen before arrival.
• To avoid misunderstanding, we ask that you take a moment to read about Lúa Nail Spa services or contact us if you have any other questions.
• ALL PRICES ARE BASE PRICE. They are subject to go up depending on intricacy, supply cost, and labor.
CHILDREN & GUEST POLICY
NO EXTRA GUEST. We would love to assist your children in the salon for their appointments. The salon studio is a cozy space and can only accommodate scheduled clients. As a courtesy to other salon clients and due to safety issues, we ask that you please refrain from bringing a guest or children that are not being serviced. Salon space is limited and we would like to reduce the interference with paying clientele. If you are bringing a child to their appointment and there is a waiting period, they need to remain seated in our waiting area and away from our chairs, tools, and equipment. Your child’s safety is our number one priority and our tools and products can be harmful if accidents occur.
REFUNDS
• Lúa Nail Spa does not issue refunds on salon services. However, we strive to give the utmost satisfaction to our clients. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we will make every effort to ensure we rectify the situation. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact the salon coordinator within 7 days so we may address these concerns in a timely fashion. At that time, we will reschedule you with the stylist that performed your service initially and make any changes or adjustments indicated.
PHOTO POLICY
Lúa Nail Spa reserves the right to publish, post and promote photos taken on our private property. If you wish not to have your photo published, posted or promoted please let us know, although it is not guaranteed.
SURVEILLANCE POLICY
Lúa Nail Spa has several surveillance cameras inside and outside our building for safety and protection of our staff and clients.
WAXING SERVICE POLICY – RETINOID USAGE
Clients must disclose if they are using retinoid-based products (e.g., Retin-A, Tretinoin) or undergoing treatments that increase skin sensitivity before receiving waxing services. Retinoids can cause skin irritation or injury during waxing. Failure to notify us may result in service denial for safety reasons. Thank you for your cooperation.
LIABILITY WAIVER POLICY
Lúa Nail Spa is an independently owned business and is not responsible for any services rendered at other businesses.
Lúa Nail Spa reserves the right to refuse service to any client if a health condition exists that may pose a risk to the client, technician, or other clients.
By scheduling an appointment online, you acknowledge and agree to release Lúa Nail Spa and its employees from any and all liabilities related to the services you are about to receive. You also confirm that you are responsible for informing your technician of any health conditions, including but not limited to diabetes, pregnancy, infectious diseases, allergies, or any other conditions that could impact your treatment.
By proceeding with your appointment, you accept these terms and acknowledge your understanding of the potential risks involved.

Next, callus removal and exfoliation with Milk & Honey Sugar Scrub will be performed to achieve a baby soft skin. Vanilla Warmed Mask will be applied and covered up in hot towels and Collagen Socks for a deeper moisturization. Extended massage with Cuccio Cacao Body Butter is the key to an extra smoothing nourishment process.
