- Personal Training Session
- Private one-to-one fitness training. Studio capacity is limited to a maximum of 4 people within the hour. Please be advised that all gym equipment is cleaned regularly.
- Personal Training (Home Visit)
- A bespoke personal training service at home or in a specified location of your choice. Session location is limited to London Zone 1 radius; please allow for travel time to your location.
- Sports Performance Training

This service provides advanced training for competition and peak performance. In addition to a bespoke training package, training content includes sprint speed training, technical running performance and periodization planning.
Please Note: All track sessions are located at Battersea Park and are subject to the stadium's availability and schedule. - Online Personal Training via Video link
- For a private training session via video link, please create an open exercise space. You will need a towel or yoga mat. Additional equipment isn't necessary, but it will be helpful if you have it.
- Bespoke Services
- Make use of Julian's services to create a package that best suits your needs. From individual coaching to group workshops and seminars. The duration of this service can be tailored for a day, half a day or term bookings; schedule a consultation to discuss your needs and tailor your experience.
