Group Sound Bath - $25 per person

Elenie creates a sacred space in her sound baths, one that allows relaxation & wellness for the mind, body, and soul.
You will be gently guided to sink into a meditative state, the sounds introduced are an invitation to go even deeper into a state of consciousness. This gives the opportunity to unplug from external stimuli and to gain perspective on what’s going on within you. The goal of this is to promote peace, calmness, relaxation, self-discovery, and an overall experience of wellbeing.

Group Reiki - $35 per person

In this 1 hour Group Reiki experience, you will be held in a gentle healing energy. This can help clear any stagnant energy away and experience subtle sensations of the body. This will overall help improve mental wellness. Each class will begin with a short guided meditation. Then each person will receive mini Reiki energy along with a gentle sound bath produced by tuning forks for additional aura cleansing. This class is limited to 5 participants.

Offering those who participate an opportunity to be held in healing energy while exploring the path to self-discovery, inner truth, and to find the ability to curate peace from within.
Learn simple, yet powerful tools such as breathwork techniques and intentional movement so that you can develop a mindfulness practice that creates space for transformation and profound growth by incorporating these healthy habits into your everyday life. This powerful mindfulness practice is a gift that keeps on giving, as it will cause a ripple effect of sincerity, unity, love and kindness for all- being and creating the change we all wish to see in this world.

This reading will be broken into four parts, as there are four quarters within the calendar year. Five cards will be drawn for each month and clarity cards as needed. Private Sound Bath - $60

The gentle sounds from crystal singing bowls are an invitation to sink into a deeper state of consciousness, an opportunity to unplug from external stimuli and to gain perspective on what’s going on within you. The goal of the experience is to invite deep rest, relaxation, and a chance for self-discovery. While also promoting balance & harmony for the mind, body and spirit.

Duration 1 hour.

Chakra & Crystal Healing - $80

This wellness session uses unique tools such as crystals, tuning forks, and positive affirmations. When used together, the combination of all three creates an empowering experience, while also, promoting balance & harmony for the mind, body, and spirit.
This session is ideal for anyone who needs healing around self-esteem, self confidence, and/or negative self narratives by removing stagnant energy throughout your chakra system.
You’ll be guided into a meditative state, during this time your aura and chakras will be cleansed with a sound bath by the tuning forks. The crystals are used to help elevate the healing properties tuning forks produce and the positive affirmations help rewire the brain into positive thinking. This session will leave you feeling empowered & confident.

Reiki - $100

Reiki is a gentle yet powerful wellness practice that restores balance & harmony within the mind, body, and spirit. Using light touch and intentional hand placements, Reiki works to shift energy in transformational ways, potentially clearing blockages that may be affecting your mental well-being.
The calming & quiet environment aids in stress-reduction, promotes an energy reset & can give you mental clarity. It can also enhance your body’s natural healing abilities, leaving you to feel relaxed, renewed, recharged, & revitalized.
