Full hour training
Come in and get your full 60 minute session. Within the hour we will jump rope, correct footwork, proper punching form, hit multiply rounds of focus pads, learn the speed bag and finish our session with heavy duty abs.
1/2 hour training
Come in for your 30 minute session. We will focus on footwork, proper punching form and have fun on the focus pads.
