ATTENTION EVERYONE…New Salon Policy
Last-minute cancellations have become too frequent and are affecting my schedule and income. Because of this, a new policy is now in place.
All appointments must be canceled 48+ hours in advance through the booking link.
If it’s under 48 hours, the link will not allow cancellation because it’s too late to cancel without fees, you must message me directly. A 50% fee will be invoiced and must be paid immediately. Cancellations under 24 hours will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. NO EXCEPTIONS FOR ANY REASON— including sickness, schedule changes, or emergencies. This policy applies to everyone and is automated so it’s completely out of my control!
