Summer House Cheese Class - $40 per person
If you’ve been to the Salon, you know we take our cheese seriously. There’s a whole wide world of great cheese out there, and we can’t feature them all on the Farmer’s Plate. So, we’re hosting cheese classes all season long, bringing unique cheeses from around the world here to share with you.
Join us for our second Cheese Class on Thursday April 24th from 5pm-6pm, lead by Rachel Freier, local cheese extraordinaire and certified American Cheese Society Cheese Professional. Each class will take a deep dive into cheeses from different regions around the world, paired with wines of the same region.
This class will focus on Northern Italy. Four cheeses will be featured, paired with at least three wines.
