You must bring the following information with you to your appointment:

• A Government-issued picture ID such as a Driver’s License or Passport.
• The Name and Authorization/ORI number of the agency for which you are being fingerprinted.
• We accept Credit Cards, Money Orders, and Business Checks. All payments can be made out to “BITHGROUP Technologies Inc.”. NO CASH
