Personal Bio: I’m a retired U.S. Air Force Navigator and Electronic Warfare Officer/Tactical Coordinator with just over elven and a half years of service. In my spare time when I’m not strength training, I love spending time with my wife and 2-year-old daughter Emma, who loves going to the zoo to see the Lemurs! I go fishing when I can and I have a wonderful time making scale model aircrafts. Especially WWII and Vietnam era planes. I am now expanding my hobby to include model wood ships. It keeps me busy!

I have been a personal trainer for over 20 years. I firmly believe that everyone can benefit from movement and exercise. Having been a collegiate athlete, and then an injured athlete, I know that exercise can be amazing, scary and make life better when done correctly. Let me help you move better and feel better!
When I’m not helping people reach their goals, I enjoy spending time with my husband and three boys.

My fitness journey started in 2018 when I was 20 years old and in college. I was involved in high school sports but had always been overweight and constantly struggled to try and lose weight. When I started college, I ended up gaining over 50lbs which led me to my highest weight of 250lbs, mainly due to not being active and living an unhealthy lifestyle. I was struggling with depression and anxiety and was on a downward spiral I felt I had no control over. It took me realizing that I didn’t want to spend the rest of my life being unhappy and hating the person I saw in the mirror to take control of my life and make the changes that needed to happen. Over the last 2.5 years, I have managed to lose 85lbs through weight-training, nutrition, a whole lot of determination, and patience, and have fallen in love with everything fitness. It has been as much a physical journey as it has been a mental health journey. My personal experience sparked my passion to help others who may be struggling with things similar to what I have struggled with and guide them to living a happier and healthier lifestyle.
