New Dashboard

The new and improved dashboard gives you more insight into your appointments, helps track your revenue, has additional reports, and shows recent activities. (Up until now, recent activities were only surfaced in the mobile app.)

What’s new?

1. Next up

A heads-up display of what’s happening now.

2. Weekly revenue

An overview of your weekly revenue including a prediction of the rest of the week based on your upcoming appointments.

3. No-show report

A link to a new report showing no-shows.

4. Recent activities

Similar to what has been on the mobile app for ages: A list of recent activities. (Now moved to the dashboard on the mobile app.)

A request was sent on my behalf before Christmas regarding adding a setting to notify all customers automatically if I needed to take a day off. So if I click on the take a day off it would inform each customer of that day’s closing with a request to rebook there appointment. It’s not always convenient to notify individuals if it’s an emergency or due to personal illness . I feel this would benefit the scheduling system for sole traders in any industry. Many thanks Mark Lloyd

      Hi Mark —

Thanks for the feature request. It makes sense.

For the time being, I would suggest you cancel each appointment on the day with the emergency and include a note in the cancellation message that goes to the customer to the effect “Unfortunately an emergency has come up and I’ve had to cancel your upcoming appointment. Please reschedule it. Etc.”

I think this will get you pretty close to what you’re asking for.
